We used to produce "Cast Iron Drum" rubber roller for the last 20 years, and we have gotten some comments from our loyal customers saying that cast iron drum rubber rollers are quite heavy; rice milling machine operators are complaining about the process of installing the rollers onto the machine. As a result, we have a great news for those people, that is, "Aluminum Drum" rubber roller has been produced. Followings are the special features of the Viet Nhat "Aluminum Drum" rubber roller:
- The "Aluminum Drum" is manufactured by a new techniques called "Injection Molding" so that the drum can hold on to a high pressure, and is not easy to break while operating on the machine.
- It only weighs 8.5 kgs. and is almost half of the weight comparing to the cast iron drum rubber roller. This special feature can also save electricity for the machine.
- It provides a much better balance which causes few problems to the mill machine.
- Operator can easily install the roller and causes less injury to him.
And now , every month , we export nearly 25,000 pieces for this new design . The feedback from customer is very good ( output is high , no shacking , last longer conpared with old design )
So we are focusing on this design and target is 50,000 pcs per month will be exported for coming months .
